Beckah’s music style draws influences from soul, pop, alternative folk and R ‘n’ B. She aims to deliver a sound that captures the key sensibilities from these genres. Today, Beckah is active in the Brisbane and Gold Coast live music scene. She is is slowly building her social media presence with over 2000 likes on her facebook page and over 130000 views on her uploaded videos. In 2017 Beckah performed live on channels 7’s sunrise for the cast of pitch perfect and followed this with the release of he debut single “Breathe” in early 2018. Her second single “One” was released in July 2019 and gained attention from Triple J producers Declan Byrne and Max Quinn. Producer Celline Narinli introduced the single on the Triple J unearthed Programme ‘TOPS’ that month and is on rotation on the Melbourne based radio 90.7 FM radio. In their october issue, Gold Coast Blank magazine stated “One” is easily one of the best songs to come out of Gold Coast”. Beckah released her third single “Mess you up” in mid October of her upcoming project “Settling Scores” to be released in late 2020. Beckah’s new single “Standards” will be released on Sept 1st.
